Amy, I took an Entertainment Law class from Professor Lionel Sobel of Loyola Law School in LA. He prepared his own reader for the class, including a detailed syllabus. I don't have it here with me at work, but I probably have it at home. Otherwise, you could contact him--it really was an outstanding structure and an outstanding class.
