Frank Music case

Does anyone know the current status of the Frank Music v. Compuserve class action suit against Compuserve for music copyright infringements?

Or about the Tasini v. New York Times case?

I'm trying to write a paper on such issues and would appreciate hearing about any late breaking developments that anybody has heard about.
