Liability on BBS

I have been watching the discussion of LaMacchia (sp) and civil/criminal liability (vicarious or contributory) for infringement with/without profit motive. Just before the Giles Rich Moot competition in January, I was frantic to find the case to see if it helped/hurt the arguments. I even tried to get a subscription to the court's BBS, but did not have time.

The bottom line request is: please pass along the cite. the discussion about what the court did or didn't say is nice, but I would like to see and have a copy for reference.

p.s, (the problem this year dealt with copyright infringement and material uploaded on a BBS.)
