You've hit the nail on the head. Dealing directly with the database operator is precisely what is about to happen between the National Writers Union and CARL/UnCover. Unfortunately, IAC refuses to deal with us; that's what our campaign is all about. Remember that no one asked for the writers' permission to use their material in the first place.
