Needed-"Copyright in the Age of Technology" speaker suggestions

Once a year Department of Energy National Laboratories' Librarians meet for a program on a pertinent topic and to exchange activities reports on the individual libraries. This year the meeting is being hosted at Brookhaven National Labortaory, Research Library, Upton, Long Island, New York, from 2-4 May. The topical program will be on either May 2 or 3.

As the person responsible for the program, I need suggestions for speakers/panelists for the topic "Copyright in the Age of Technology." Since this is a group without a budget, it is not possible to provide a stipend; however, reimbursement for local travel is possible. I am hoping that there are individuals from the New York metropolitan area or those who might coincidentally be in the New York area at the time of the meeting who could participate.
