Terry: You are more right than you may think when you blurred the distinction between Eisenhower and Nixon (NOTE: I know you are just kidding, lest anyone take us too literally). William Rogers was A.G. under Ike, and he was Secretary of State under Nixon. He was doomed to be obscured under the cloud of Kissinger.
