Is it legal?

Hi everyone. I have a generic question:

Is it legal (under the Fair Use laws or in any other way) to install a piece of software on all computers within network for one or two days for the sake of demonstrating it and comparing it with another piece of software? (Ex: Installing MS Word to show it to all network users and to compare it with WordPerfect that's already on the network)
