No.

But it is just possible that if you apply to MS they might grant you a special permission. I tried this for a demo about three years ago.

Ms offered me a licence for about 2000 ukp. Someone at Microsoft ended up telling me to just do it, but make sure they were wiped.

In the end IBM came up trumps and did it all for me.
