The latest issue of the ABA's Entertainment & Sports Lawyer has as its Winter 1996 cover story an article titled "The Dig. Perf. Right in Sound Recordings Act of 1995" by a student named Les Watkins from the University of Georgia Law School. It is a pretty thorough, footnoted review of the legislation.

I have written a more thorough treatment of the legislation, and it can be found in this month's issue of The Columbia-V.L.A. Journal of Law & the Arts.
