There are "restrictions" only to the degree that your use would result in a likelihood of confusion among the relevant public. Without doing a TomTom search I'm making a pretty safe bet that its registered--and even if not, it's a strong enough mark in the retail computer field to warrant protection for trade dress under 43(a).

Are you saying "Brand X Inside" on perfume? On a VCR? On a garden hose? On a computer? These are (some of) the questions that you will be asked by trademark counsel, and you darn well ought to seek out trademark counsel before printing up those labels...
