The first question is phrased "does anyone know" the answer. I suspect the answer to that question is a clear "no". It is quite likely, however, that an experienced intellectual property practitioner would be able to provide an answer, after doing some searching to see what trademark registrations Intel has, and after considering the particular "variation" that is proposed. The second question "would there be any restrictions" is easy to answer -- yes.

Intel has a lot of money and is well known for attempting to protect its market position. If your variation were perceived by Intel as leading to confusion among customers, say on the grounds that the particular colors, layout, and style of script were quite similar, then you would have to be prepared for the possibility that Intel would try to stop you.

If you actually considering designing such a sticker and planning to deploy it, I suggest you seek the advice of competent counsel, who can do this searching and review the proposed variation.
