I would assume that they have trade marked the logo (although I'm no expert on TM's, so don't slag me off if I'm inacurate). I do remember that ST Format, an english Atari ST user's magazine, once carried a cover disk with a IMG format file with the logo changed to 'Intel Outside', though.
