I have been asked to compile materials for a seminar which is to be given in May by the Licensing law Institute regarding online licensing of sound recordings and musical works.
Although I am familiar with the digital performance right bill, and I know that ASACP, BMI, and Harry Fox are now licensing online, I do not have ready access to model agreements, nor do I know of any authoritative reference materials that I might consult for help. Also, I would be interested in knowing the extent to which online licensing has actaully been implemented.
Any suggestions that list recipients might have would be greatly appreciated. And of course, if Iuse anyone else's material and/or model agreement in the seminar, I will give full attribution.
