Disabled Students Recording of Lectures

G'day

A couple of interesting questions from an Australian list; I'd be very interested to see what copyright-ers have to say.

There seems to be several issues here; are lectures 'works made for hire', and thus the property of the institution, and what part does 'fair use' play in the equation?

Regards,
Mike
