Go, Charles, Go. That's the point, the sweat of the brow only makes sense for hard labor. Depending on what ProCD spent to create the data, they may have wanted to sell it at a price, or create an appropriate business model that would have prevented other companies from getting in at significant lower costs.

The Baby Bells typically sell the phone numbers and addresses.
