Web Page HTML Thefts?

Has anyone had any experience representing a client who has experienced the lifting of its entire Web site's HTML code, with the thief/infringer doing minor editing to disguise the act and then putting back up on the WWW as a competing site?

If so, I'd like to hear the stories and if it was resolved.
