According to the SPA, ProCD has filed an appeal to the 7th Circuit. SPA says they filed a "friend of the court" brief, which is available at http://www.spa.org/gvmnt/releases/zeiden.htm, but only for downloading, not for viewing.
(I tried to download the WP 6.0 PC version on my Unix machine and use Unix WordPerfect 6.0 to read it, but my WordPerfect couldn't recognize the format. Guess I'll try Lexis when I get home tonight.)
