Let's be indulgent... When a list member asked for help about the enforceability of the shrinkwrap licenses in Europe, I tried to respond with my bad English, hoping that European list members could enlighten the subject more. Not too much feedback has been given by them on such a critical question. The most of the members of this list are American, but the most of the products bundled with shrinkwrap licences are "American" too! Berne Convention does not prevent them from being of American origin. And we are more involved with shrinkwrap licenses in our daily life than we are with the majority of this list.
