LEXIS P-track personal info database - removal update

I called to remove myself from P-track today. As of 2:30pm EDT, there is no option to be removed over the phone. You must fax your request or send it by mail, in writing. Include your full name and social security number. Your addresses too, I would guess. Call LEXIS at (800) 543-6862, option 4, option 3 if you want to hear the options yourself.
