Guidelines by CONFU and CONTU

I am preparing for a copyright talk to be given in late October and want to include the latest information on guidelines that are being produced by the Conference on Fair Use (CONFU). Is there a site (or person) which maintains their status and a place where I can get copies of any completed guidelines?

Also, how would I get copies of the guidelines already put in place by the National Commission on New Technological Uses of Copyright Works (CONTU)?
