I know that the College Art Association has posted the last two drafts (July & August) of the Digital Images Guidelines--at

   http://alberti.mit.edu/caa/The_Profession/CEI/

At the last Images meeting there was some discussion about there being one site with all guideleines available (Library of Congress was one suggestion) but I don't know what has happened on that front.
