In the UK, there is a case, just started, where one WWW based newspaper has obtained an injunction to prevent a competitor from providing links between the two.

It seems to me that putting WWW links can never be copyright infringement, but that is precisely what one of the parties is claiming. Has there been any similar case anywhere else in the world?
