Another good place to post this question or others regarding proposed UCC Article 2B (software and electronic information licenses) would be the UCCLaw-L listserv. To subscribe, send the message:

    subscribe UCCLaw-L Your Name

to

and leave the subject line blank. Last I heard Article 2B was intended to be finalized sometime in 1998 and sent to the state legislatures thereafter for consideration and adoption as a new article to the UCC.
