Is this the same New York misappropriation law under which (1) the guy who had the idea for "The Taming of the Shrew" with Liz Taylor and Richard Burton was held to have proprietary rights in that idea, which were misappropriated when someone actually made the film, and (2) a company was found liable for misappropriation for a series of poster prints that "imitated the style of" an artist whose work was distributed by a different company?
