Defense of the French Language v. Georgia Tech is a Lawsuit against the Metz, France campus of Georgia Tech for maintaining a web site in English only, allegedly violating a 1994 French law requiring that public communications be in French. The site could be in English as well; but a French version must be offered. Court's ruling is expected February 24.
