What type of laws are you looking for? I know of a number of proposed laws in Europe and Japan that address data privacy. Let me know. I just wrote an article on negotiating Web site agreements internationally. It discusses some of these issues.
I'd like to get a copy of your article when it is done. Sounds like a great idea.
