Disney has an intellectual property army of attorneys ready to protect any and all potentially infringing activity.

The dalmations, if they in fact, look like Disney's 101 Dalmations, are covered by both Trademark and Copyright laws. Be carefel.

Although dalmations are in the public domain, do not attempt to create a knock off of Disney's dalmations.

In addition, commercial use is merely one factor of four that would be taken into consideration in a Fair Use defense.
