Trumpet Software Article

G'day,

Terry Carroll was asking about the Trumpet case in Australia, and I just this morning found a paper on it, so I thought I'd pass the cite along for those interested.

The paper is titled: "Copyright in Shareware Programs Distributed on the Internet", and it's written by Cristina Cifuentes from the University of Queensland, and Anne Fitzgerald from the Law School at the University of Tasmania. Published in "Australian Computer Journal" Volume 29, Number 1, February 1997 pp 24-30.

Jolly good exposition, too.
