Request for copyright assignment examples

My sponsoring institution is presently involved in a consortium of colleges that is jointly developing curricular materials. They have recently come to the realization that there may be copyright issues implicated in this type of curricular development.

They are particularly concerned about assigning ownership of the final product as between 1) the faculty developer and the sponsoring college, 2) between faculty working together on the projects, and 3) between the colleges in the consortium.

As the resident IP prof, I have been petitioned to point the principles of the project toward examples or materials that might serve as a starting point for assignment agreements. I in turn would appreciate pointers from members of the list as to any web sites or published materials that address such copyright assignments. Additionally, if anyone has examples of such agreements that they may be willing to share, the favor would be much appreciated.
