You probably have the right copy. The proposed language for Article 7 regarding transient copies was shot down. The U.S. delegation on the last day managed to get through a questionable agreed statement regarding the applicability of Berne Article 9. The statement also includes language which would say that the storage of any digital work is a reproduction. Probably the best history of the whole battle on this issue is Seth Greenstein's comments on it at <http://www.hrrc.org>. Be aware however, that Seth has a defenite set of interests that he is advocating but for the most part his coverage was excellent.
