Time Magazine Article on West Poliitcal Contris.

Todays issue -- April 21, 1997 -- of Time Magazine at page 80 has a full page article about Vance Opperman called "The Cheerful Giver" and describes how at a 1994 Diane Feinstein fund-raiser, Opperman approached Bill Clinton and said "Can you get the Justice Department off my back" and further describes Opperman working with Lehman on the database protection treaty etc. and describes $329,000 in political contributions in 1996 to the Dems!!
