WIPO Treaty

In the April 11 issue of SCIENCE magazine (VOL. 276; pp 223-225) A policy forum appeared on the subject of intellectual property rights and the WIPO Copyright treaty. It was authored by Jukka Liedes, who was chairman of the Expert Committee that drafted the treaty. It can only be accessed electronically by subscribers, but if you cannot find a copy I would be happy to fax it to anyone who is interested if you e-mail me a note with your fax number.
