Ticketmaster v. Microsoft

I read in the Wall Street Journal today that Ticketmaster has sued Microsoft for making an unauthorized link to Ticketmaster's web site.

The article described two allegations of damage: that Microsoft's conduct damages the value of Ticketmaster's authorized licensing agreements with other companies, and that Microsoft is trading on Ticketmaster's goodwill and can attract advertising revenue to its own site by linking to Ticketmaster.

Does anyone know who is representing Ticketmaster in this action? Does anyone know what precise causes of action are alleged? (Trademark infringement or dilution? false advertising or designation of origin? unfair competition?) Finally, does anyone know if the complaint is available on line?
