The damage award may not be that outrageous. However, I shudder to think what the attorneys' fees are going to be here. I suspect they are going to be high enough to bankrupt most of us.

It may not be for the CoS, but if Lerma has to post a bond equal to his attorneys' fees to appeal, you may see and end here.
