As an aside, if relying on the browser and manually denying the cookie (and not using a third-party solution that will do this automatically), a net user may have to deny a cookie request up to 30 times before a single page will load. I don't offhand know if this is code that requests 30 times to set a single cookie, or a cookie request set for each graphical element of the HTML page. But it effectively operates to discourage people without lots of time on their hands from visiting a page unless they accept the cookie.
