I'm aware of the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As one might conclude from its title, it covers international sales of goods, and seems to me to have a scope similar to the Uniform Commercial Code Article 2 enacted in most states in the U.S.
Is there a comparable treaty or agreement that covers licenses? Sort of a corollary to the proposed UCC Article 2B? And, if so, is anyone aware of a copy on the web?
For those interested, the text of the CISG is online at http://cisgw3.law.pace.edu/cisg/text/treaty.html .
