I can't think of any site which exclusively holds jurisprudence concerned with intellectual property and/or new technology (if such a site does exist I'd be interested to have the address too.)

But here are three general law sites all of which allow you to search by key word (so you can search for intellectual property cases or ones dealing with new technology). In addition they have an excellent list of links to other (more specific) legal sites.

  (good site for legislation including foreign)

  http://www.findlaw.com/
  (A legal web browser)

Another way is simply to use any web browser to search for legal sites or legal sites dealing specifically with intellectual property - there are many out there.
