Preserving license after a non-US (UK) bankruptcy

U.S bankruptcy law, specifically 11 USC 365(n) (which is online at http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/11/365.html), provides that certain intellectual property licenses may survive bankruptcy.

Is anyone aware of a similar provision in UK (English, if it matters) law? A cite or URL would be appriciated. So would a copy of the actual provision.

Thanks.
