I'm not buying that, either. :-) Copying and displaying are distinct. One can, for instance, perform a play (thus, infringeing a copyright) without ever having made any copies. The markup at TotalNews can cause the display of my images without ever having made a copy. I'm not sure that we're not flogging a dead horse, here. Can we agree that we disagree?

I had understood that an action was brought and that it has been settled for undisclosed terms.
