Why would the UCC apply to cyberspace, esp. websites? Software may well be goods under the UCC, but it seems that the internet and most of the stuff on it are more services and service-facilitating cites than goods. Of course one could buy goods on the net and that purchase would be subject to the UCC.

Of course I am referring to articles 2 and 2A. 2B is not yet law and could well reach into these sorts of licenses.
