Jack,
Good luck! The number of legal sites linking to other legal sites and materials is growing rapidly. The problem is that there is an overwhelming amount of material out there, of differing quality.
As the Legal Advisor to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics and as the Legal Advisor to the Israel Government Internet Committee, I have my own personal list of "legal links" which I constantly update. Below is a partial list (I've taken out the Israeli links, which either refer basically to US sites and information, or which are in Hebrew).
I claim no responsibility for the contents of the linked sites, nor for the accuracy of the links, and they are provided "as is" (without any further editing) in the hopes that they might be of some use to you. I claim no copyright in the compilation or organization of the material, which you may do with as you wish.
While part of the list below relates only to Intellectual Property, just about all of the sites have material relating to Copyright, whether or not that is obvious in the site name or description.
If you could let me know the URL of the list your finally put together, I'd be most grateful.
