copyright of corporate Web page

Hello,

Our company (A) has developed a Internet-based software platform and holds the copyright. The platform offers comprehensive database-functionality. Client (B) has licenced this plattform to operate an Internet site on it. Web-designer (C) creates the graphical interface for the site. Each web page, its content and appearance, is automatically generated (created) by our platform (from the database) depending on the actions the user requires.

Is B obliged to include a copyright statement on (each) web page generated by the platform including our company name? Is this so also for the designer (C)?

More generally:
- Who holds the copyright of the webpage in this case?

(In the licensing contract client (B) is obliged to "maintain any copyright references in the software and its documentation..." . All parties are in Germany if that is of relevance)

Thank you very much.
