It is interesting that the Harvard contingent considers Whyte a smart judge with a lot of experience.... My take on his opinions in RTC (Church of Scientology) vs. Grady Ward and RTC vs. Keith Henson was that he was dumb as a box of rocks. Perhaps he does not do well with pro se defendants. He seemed particularly susceptible to the Church's immaterial ad hominem whining, and totally incapable of keeping the proceedings focused on the copyright infringement and trade secret issues. YMMV.
