Dear fellows of the CNI-Copyright list:
I must produce a study about digitalization and commerce of images by data banks, museums, etc. (from the Intellectual Property point of view, and focusing particularly in the *public domain apropriation* issue).
I am looking for articles or studies in the matter. Somebody can give me an advise? Have somebody something interesting to copy me? Any site in the Web devoted to the subject?
