Lolly, are you running a pool? giving odds? I'll jump in on the side of "equity" my vote is that the Court (Breyer, J., with a possible O'Connor dissent, or vice versa!!) holds that there is no right to a jury trial where the plaintiff seeks only statutory damages. To be more lawyerlike, then again, maybe not.
