Re: coursepacks on library reserve

We accept coursepacks from instructors and the Printing Services. The students can read or copy an article. Most coursepacks have already gotten copyright permission granted for their reproduction and a student would presumably only be making a copy for his/her own use. We feel this falls within fair use guidelines. All our copy machines have signage close by referring to copyright laws.
