web sites and public access tv

I am new to this list and am looking for general advice about copyright issues. I am producing a program for public cable access tv about the internet. There will be a brief examination of copyrighted web sites for review with the purpose on helping people understand about the nature of the world wide web. There will not be deep coverage of the sites, merely an overview and close-ups on some key features. These will not be sold for profit, it is simply a project that would improve my production skills and perhaps educate someone.

My concerns being, are there any pitfalls to watch out for and is this considered "fair use" of copyrighted material?
