I, too, kept copies, but I think I only got the '94 Hearings. I used to be able to find them on the old NTIA gopher site, but it often doesn't respond.
If you haven't found a home for the files, we can definitely store them at the CPSR Web site. The other possibility might be to approach IFLA, which has a great site which would give the files some good context:
