Craig, Terry Carroll and David Rothman all offered the files a home. I'm happy to email you a copy of the November, 1993 hearing. It is in WordPerfect 5.0 format, because that's what the PTO posted.

On another subject entirely, I'm grateful for the periodic updates on Mattel's quest for a pure Barbie, and have linked to some of them on my copyright class's home page
