That is the issue in United States. In our legal system, Sweden, is it enough to prove that the music is similar or close to similar. What is required is some sort of uniqueness of the music, but that is naturally, and if want to get a damage we need to make it believable for thecourt that a damage has occured and that there is a reasonable possilbility that the infringer heard or knew about the music that have been infringed.
